Coming soon. Express interest in TalentSplit’s apprenticeship pipeline.

Apprenticeships, not internships.

TalentSplit’s apprentices are paid, supervised, and trusted with real client work from the first engagement. The model is built around Innovation is Love™: services define what gets learned, learning happens through doing the work, and service revenue funds the next cohort.

Our apprenticeships are not coffee runs and shadowing. They are real engagements with real outcomes, executed under direct senior practitioner supervision.

What to expect.

Paid work from week one. Apprentices are compensated for their time on real client deliverables, not unpaid project work.

Senior practitioner pairing. Every engagement is reviewed by an experienced practitioner who owns the quality of the deliverable. You learn how the work is actually done, not how it is described in a textbook.

Scoped engagements that grow with you. Early engagements are tightly scoped. As you demonstrate proficiency, scope expands. The work becomes the curriculum.

TPS Report assessment. We measure proficiency development with a structured assessment used by CyberForward Academy. Progress is visible to you and to your supervisor.

Path to full-time. Apprentices who demonstrate capability are eligible for full-time roles at TalentSplit or with partner organizations. The talent pipeline feeds the service delivery business.

Express your interest.

Formal intake opens when our next cohort is ready. In the meantime, tell us about yourself and we will reach out when applications open. Priority goes to candidates with demonstrated readiness, including CyberForward Academy graduates.
