The Visionary
A community space for builders, members, and event hosts in downtown San Clemente.
Built on Velzy’s foundation.
The Visionary sits at 1315 N. El Camino Real, in the historic Velzy building. Dale Velzy shaped surfboards here for decades, mentoring generations of craftspeople in the most direct way possible: by working alongside them.
We continue that tradition in a different medium. The Visionary ↗ is where emerging builders work alongside senior practitioners, where community gathers around creation, and where the talent that delivers TalentSplit’s services develops through real work.
What happens here.
Coworking and dedicated workspace
Drop-in days, monthly memberships, and dedicated business memberships for solo operators, teams, and small suites.
Workshops and training
CyberForward Academy workshops, certification prep, and applied training that connects directly to TalentSplit service work.
Events and community
Community gatherings, business events, weddings, nonprofit events, and partner activations in the main space and event suites.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday, 9am to 3pm. Closed Sunday.
