What is TalentSplit?
TalentSplit delivers tactical professional services for small businesses and nonprofits, pairing supervised emerging talent with senior practitioner oversight at SMB-friendly price points.
How does the supervised talent model work?
Emerging talent does the hands-on work under senior practitioner oversight. We call this framework Innovation is Love: quality work delivered affordably while developing the next generation of practitioners.
What services do you offer?
Services fall into three groups: tactical retainers at two hours per month, one-time scoped projects with defined deliverables, and add-ons or custom engagements. Areas include IT, cybersecurity, and marketing.
How much do tactical retainers cost?
Retainers provide two hours of tactical work per month. For example, IT Services is $500/month and Cybersecurity Support is $410/month.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Tactical retainers have a 90-day minimum. You can cancel anytime after the third billing cycle.
What one-time projects are available?
Scoped engagements with defined deliverables, such as a Cybersecurity Readiness Assessment ($675), Build a Campaign ($500), Build a Website (from $1,250), and Build Brand Guidelines ($1,000).
