Who we are.
TalentSplit, LLC is a Delaware-registered limited liability company headquartered at 1315 N. El Camino Real in San Clemente, California. We deliver tactical IT, cybersecurity, project management, marketing, and training services to small businesses and nonprofits.
The company was founded in 2019 inside CISOSHARE as a cybersecurity talent development practice, and divested in 2021 as an independent entity. Today TalentSplit operates alongside two sister organizations: CyberForward Academy (training and certification) and CISOSHARE (cybersecurity consulting). The three companies share a single operating thesis: services and talent development are the same problem.
How we work.
Every TalentSplit engagement pairs senior practitioner oversight with emerging tech talent. Early-career professionals deliver tactical work under direct supervision from senior practitioners who review every deliverable. This pairing is not a cost-cutting tactic. It is a deliberate model.
For clients, supervised emerging talent means tactical work gets done at SMB-friendly rates without sacrificing quality. The model fits organizations that need real work executed inside defined scopes, not enterprise-scale strategy engagements.
