TalentSplit Technical Talent Readiness Services™

TalentSplit has been involved in a tech talent ecosystem since 2019 with sister companies CyberForward Academy and CISOSHARE. We have developed a level of standardization, readiness assessment and roadmap services for communities, technical work centers and workers that seek to align to this model. Community and work center readiness services are described below while individual talent and work center readiness services are managed at our sister company CyberForward Academy.

Supportive technical work center environments are a critical piece to enable workers to successfully move from the supply side of the tech work center ecosystem to the supply side.. These services are designed for high schools, districts, colleges, private training providers or businesses that are interested in building these supportive technical work environments. Readiness assessments, roadmap and consulting support services in this area at our sister organization CyberForward Academy.

Before making the move from being a student to a worker in a technical job you need a set of skills and experiences. We offer individuals a readiness assessment and roadmap capabilities that measures these capabilities in those looking to work in the technology discipline.
